About David
My journey into fitness and nutrition began at a young age, sparked by a desire to grow stronger and more confident after being picked on as a kid. I found my first sense of empowerment through martial arts. Starting with Okinawan Karate, then continuing with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, and Aikido. My martial arts training quickly evolved into a deeper commitment to strength training and nutrition. What started as a personal mission became a lifelong passion, and ultimately, a career dedicated to helping others do the same.

For over a decade, I ran a successful personal training facility, working with a diverse range of clients from teens to seniors. I've had the privilege to work with amateur and college athletes and an Olympic boxer. I offer corrective exercise as well as strength and conditioning training. This wide experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of how to tailor fitness and nutrition programs to meet the unique needs of each person.
As a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, my goal is simple: to guide and teach you so well that eventually, you won’t need me. I believe in empowering you with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to achieve your goals and reach your optimal end state, on your own terms.
